These Terms of Service govern your use of The Dealer website and your purchase of products from The Dealer. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

GENERAL

The Dealer is an independent jewellery label based in Singapore. We reserve the right to update these terms, product information and website content when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.

PRODUCTS

Each piece is produced and finished by hand. Depending on the design and its level of intricacy, pieces may be made through sand casting, fabrication, vacuum casting or a combination of these processes.

Small variations in surface texture, marks, form and finish may occur between individual pieces. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the appearance of each piece as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the design, order volume and other circumstances.

ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

The Dealer reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in circumstances involving pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity or other issues affecting the order.

If an order is cancelled by The Dealer and payment has already been made, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order enters production.

RING SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing an order.

Please refer to our Ring Sizing Guide before purchasing. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding incorrect sizing and resizing.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped once production has been completed.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Production time is separate from delivery time.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the The Dealer name, logo, jewellery designs, photographs, graphics, written content and other visual materials, belongs to or is used by The Dealer with permission.

Content from this website may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users' information.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where necessary.

Our website uses third-party services, including Shopify and payment and shipping providers, to operate the store and process orders.
